Biography

Alice Osborne is a performer and director working in puppetry, movement and visual theatre. In 2007 she joined Compagnie Philippe Genty in Paris to co-devise Boliloc, touring internationally with the company for two and a half years. In Australia Alice has worked extensively with My Darling Patricia. In 2012 she was Puppetry and Movement Director on The Splinter by Hilary Bell for Sydney Theatre Company.  Other companies/artists she has worked with include Erth, Urban Theatre Projects, PACT, Shopfront, Nikki Heywood and Regina Heilmann. She is currently Resident Puppetry and Movement Director with the Australian production of War Horse. She has worked as a puppeteer for various television series including Didi & B, Me & My Monsters and Five Minutes More. Alice holds a Bachelor of Arts (Communication: Theatre/Media) from Charles Sturt University, Bathurst.
