Biography

BRIDGET DOLAN Started her art practice as a dancer, at the age of eighteen
she lived in Paris where she performed at the Moulin Rouge and later danced
at the Lido De Paris. This was the beginning and the foundation of Bridget's
career long investigation into the drama of line and form. After returning
home from Paris Bridget studied at the College of Fine Arts (UNSW) Painting
and Drawing and was then accepted at the National Instituted of Dramatic
Arts (NIDA) and graduated with a Bachelor of Dramatic Arts in Production
Crafts in 2004. Since graduating Bridget has worked in both film and theatre
as a designer, painter, sculptor and performer. She was a founding member of
the award winning visual theatre company 'My Darling Patricia'.  Her
Multidisciplinary art Practice continues to informed her work as a painter.
